Living with a debilitating back pain, difficulty while side turning in bed and sitting, 65 years old female came to Spine Hub with a L3 compression fracture and pseudoarthrosis. She was adviced an extensive surgery elsewhere for the same. She was operated with a vertebroplasty, a day care procedure, was made to walk on the same day and is pain free ever since!

 CELEBRATION TIME

A dear and respected member of Shraddha Family, guide and mentor of Dr Himanshu Kulkarni, Dr Ketan Khurjekar was recently elected as Research officer on the prestigious AOSpine India council. This massive achievement was celebrated at Shraddha Hospital during his visit to Shraddha Hospital immediately after his appointment on the council.

AT CME BY GOA ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATION

Dr. Himanshu G. Kulkarni was Invited as faculty to deliver a lecture on lumbar canal stenosis at a CME organized by GOA Orthopaedic Association. He shared the Dias as a co-faculty with none other than legendary Dr. D.D.Tanna!

YES! SHE STOOD ON HIS OWN FEET AND WALKED!

A 40 years old female patient presented at Bharati Hospital where Dr Himanshu also works as a super specialty panel consultant for spine surgery. Patient had C1-C2 Dissociation and complete quadriplegia (loss of power in all 4 limbs). Patient was operated with C1-C2 fusion.
